Clients do not pay our office any upfront fees, retainers, or hourly charges for Workers' Compensation cases. An injured worker's attorney is compensated on a contingency basis. This means that the attorney's fee shall be deducted from Workers' Compensation benefits at the appropriate time. Typically, the attorney's fees are 15% of the awarded benefits, permanent disability, and/or settlement.
